Sounds encouraging. But is it honest?
AI: A few concerns: The niche is small — how many people want rare hot sauce monthly? Shipping glass bottles is expensive and risky. You'll compete with established players like Fuego Box. And hot sauce lasts a long time, so subscribers may cancel once they have enough.
Now you know what you're up against.
AI is trained to be helpful, and humans rate agreeable answers higher. So AI learns that agreement equals success. The result: it validates your ideas instead of questioning them.
This creates blind spots. You feel confident, but you haven't stress-tested your thinking. When you explicitly ask AI to challenge you, it overrides the default politeness and gives you what you actually need — honest pushback.
Before you commit to a decision, ask AI to argue against it. The criticism you hear now is better than the failure you'd discover later.
